What's in it for you:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office services, maintain supplies and records, and ensure efficient office procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional setting.

What you will do:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities

  • Maintain office systems, procedures, and supplies

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and office events

  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing

  • Ensure office compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and security procedures

  • Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external visitors

  • Help improve office processes and recommend efficiencies

  • Data entry and managing salesforce data for accuracy across the 3 business streams

  • Requirement 5 days in the office to be the face of Trane New Jersey

  • May occasionally need to coordinate after-hours support for office events or urgent operational needs

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing office budgets and vendor relationships

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$57,300.00 - $101,675.00
