Role |

While Ukio has successfully mastered and dominated the B2C premium flexible housing market, we are now ready to scale our corporate footprint. This is a strategic, high-impact opportunity to open and build our B2B corporate segment from the ground up, driving a channel destined to become a core pillar of the company’s growth.

As a Senior B2B Account Executive, your mission will be to crack open the Madrid corporate market . While global tech giants already love Ukio, many historically entered through B2C channels. Your goal is to map out, hunt, and institutionalize these relationships at a corporate HQ level, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to long-term account management ( hunting + farming ).

This isn't a role where you simply maintain an existing portfolio. This is your chance to be the founding force behind Ukio’s B2B growth engine. If you want to take a successful startup product, introduce it to the corporate world, and visibly move the needle on a company’s valuation, this is your next career step.

Responsibilities |

  • Market Penetration (Madrid Focus): Target and sign companies based or with HQs in Madrid, building a robust pipeline of corporate clients needing premium corporate housing and relocation services.
  • Full Sales Cycle Mastery: Own every stage of the B2B sales funnel—leveraging HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage a 3-to-6 month sales cycle, and turn cold prospects into recurring partners.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Negotiation: Pitch and negotiate contracts directly with C-level executives, Chief People Officers (CPOs), Global Mobility Managers, and Procurement/Finance directors.
  • Pipeline & First Bookings Focus: Your initial success will be measured by high-energy pipeline generation, active discovery meetings, and successfully securing the crucial first corporate booking from new accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure our properties and services align seamlessly with top-tier corporate expectations.

About you |

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales within fast-paced digital, tech, or startup environments.
  • Languages: Full fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. You will be negotiating with both local Spanish enterprises and international corporate HQs daily.
  • Sales Execution: Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies, a metrics-driven mindset, and proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) to manage pipelines effectively.
  • High Energy & Resilience: You thrive in an "unopened territory" environment. You have the drive to knock on doors, the resilience to navigate a 3-to-6 month sales cycle with no historical data, and the flexibility to adapt as the B2B strategy evolves.
  • Stakeholder Empathy: Natural ability to navigate complex organizational structures and speak the language of corporate decision-makers (HR, Finance, Mobility).
  • Nice to Haves: Previous experience in the Hospitality sector, corporate housing, or an existing network within the Relocation / Global Mobility industry is a massive plus.
