Job description

Role Summary: This role sits between inbound customer enquiry and the sales team. The focus is on qualifying and validating customers before handover, ensuring sales consultants receive clean, pre-approved leads rather than spending time on administrative qualification work. Core Responsibilities: Review customer applications and documentation Validate driver's licences and supporting identification Review affordability reports and bank statements Confirm income sources and repayment suitability Identify fraud indicators or unusual patterns Assess lead legitimacy and attention-to-detail issues Move qualified customers into approved pipeline CRM updates and administrative workflow management Escalate unusual applications for review Ideal Background: Automotive BDC / lead coordinator experience Sales administration Loan processing or finance administration Mortgage or affordability assessment support Customer onboarding/document verification Insurance or banking back-office experience High-volume CRM and workflow environments Key Behaviours (highest priority): Extremely high attention to detail Strong judgement and common sense Comfortable following process and policy Strong written and verbal communication Investigative mindset Able to identify inconsistencies/red flags Disciplined with documentation Initiative and ownership mentality Automotive experience: Preferred but not essential.
