Head-Legal

The objective of this role is to assess legal risks in transactions and suggest risk mitigation strategies and provide legal advice and proactive support to the domestic, commercial and industrial retail business segments through daily inputs in the operations of the various retail business segment groups in that regard. The position is to actively provide support in drafting & negotiating contracts, Dispute resolution, workforce contracts, IPR issues and any other land and estate related issues. The position is also expected to support the Airports business segment with legal advice and actions as and when required
