Job Overview

We are seeking Oracle EPM trained freshers who are passionate about building a career in Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Candidates should have completed training in Oracle EPM/Hyperion technologies and possess basic knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Assist in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Close activities.
• Work on data loading, metadata management, and report generation.
• Participate in testing, validations, and issue resolution activities.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Support end users during UAT and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams on client requirements.

Required Skills

• Trained in Oracle EPM/Hyperion technologies.
• Basic understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as:
  • FCCS
  • EPBCS/PBCS
  • ARCS
  • EDMCS
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with Smart View, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

 

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or related field.
• Certification or training in Oracle EPM/Hyperion is preferred.
