Job description

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing talent needs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our educational mission Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent channels Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with different departments Contribute to reviewing and improving the organizational structure based on business needs Support performance management processes and ensure completion of evaluations linked to training and development Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures Analyze training needs, develop training plans, and follow up on implementation

Bachelor’s degree Fluency in Arabic and English Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and OD Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Experience in hiring educational staff is a plus Exposure to HR/OD initiatives is a plus Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
