Job Description:
Responsible for overall quality management activities for probe card products manufactured by the SPG team.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus is on manufacturing process-related quality management, with supply chain quality management also included within the scope of responsibility.
- Implementing and maintaining quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and semiconductor industry standards
- Leading internal audits, gap assessments, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
- Establishing and leading site quality management reviews with a focus on improving the effectiveness of the QMS
- Managing document control systems, change management workflows, and quality records
- Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality system compliance and audit readiness
- Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems, documentation, and compliance
- Leading cross-functional problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 4C, FMEA, RCA)
- Managing quality control activities related to the supply chain
