Pricing Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a Pricing Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding to develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance our competitive edge and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to analyze data to inform pricing decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage pricing strategies for our freight forwarding services. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing with business goals. Prepare and present pricing proposals to clients. Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the freight forwarding industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
