Job description
We are looking for a Part-time (Freelance) Business English Communication Trainer who specializes in structured, professional communication - not general or academic English. Role Responsibilities 1. Business English Communication Coaching Coach team members on structured communication in professional and client-facing contexts - emphasizing clarity, conciseness, and logical flow. Move beyond grammar and vocabulary to focus on how ideas are delivered: framing, sequencing, tone, and audience awareness. Assign practice tasks to reinforce business communication habits outside of sessions. Track each learner's progress, share updates with the TM team, and to enhance coaching effectiveness and align with business needs. Build confidence in real-time English communication - thinking and speaking fluently under pressure. Support interpersonal communication skills: assertiveness, professional tone, managing difficult conversations. Coach on active listening, turn-taking, and managing conversations in meetings and client interactions. 2. Presentation & Delivery Coaching (Dry-Run Sessions) Facilitate 1-on-1 dry-run sessions where team members rehearse client presentations and interviews. Provide structured feedback on verbal delivery: pacing, intonation, pausing, confidence, and the overall impression conveyed. Help team members develop a consistent, professional delivery style suitable for high-stakes client interactions. Schedule & Working Arrangement Minimum 20 teaching hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. Team members will book 60-minute sessions with you for 1-on-1 coaching, dry-runs, and communication practice.
