Job description

  • Drive revenue growth by managing sales contracts, developing pricing strategies, negotiating agreements, and identifying new business opportunities across key luxury market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners while delivering tailored presentations and site inspections
  • Execute strategic sales plans, represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events, and monitor market trends to maintain competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of group bookings and VIP experiences, while optimizing performance through reporting and forecasting
  • Graduate of a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a luxury hotel sales environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and sales software tools.
