IT Project Manager

Project: Fintech Duration: 12 months Work model: Hybrid Location: Lithuania Baltic Amadeus client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join the team under a B2B (business-to-business) contract to lead and deliver IT projects in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, managing resources, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will oversee project quality, risk management, and successful delivery within timelines and budget. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables Lead project teams through all phases: design, development, testing, deployment Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure project goals are met Serve as primary communication point for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams Monitor risks, track progress, and ensure quality and compliance standards Conduct project closure, lessons learned, and documentation handover Must-Have Requirements: Proven experience as IT Project Manager in software/fintech projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps Understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity basics Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Fluent English Nice to Have: Experience managing cross-functional teams in fintech or banking projects Budgeting, cost control, and vendor management experience Hourly rate: up to 45 (Gross).
