All about the role:
The Electrolux Group’s Supply Chain teams are responsible for moving our products and services from the factory floors to family homes, organizing the flow of materials and information between manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and consumers. Through their agile, dynamic and efficacy-centered approach, our Supply Chain teams allow Electrolux to continue delivering extraordinary experiences for consumers all around the world.
Qué vas a hacer:
As Andean Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading outbound logistics across the region and enabling business strategy through an integrated supply chain approach. Reporting to Chile and Andean Supply Chain Operations, you will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, governance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key customers to ensure alignment with regional goals. The role oversees Distribution Center Operations (CDI), Foreign Trade, Transportation, Warehousing, as well as EMS, Quality, Safety, and certification—strengthening end-to-end efficiency and responsiveness to business needs.
In detail, you will:
- Define and execute outbound supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, driving service level, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring performance, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards across internal teams and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and digital solutions (WMS/TMS), fostering a strong quality and EMS culture.
- Lead, develop, and engage high-performing teams while promoting collaboration, inclusion, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage key stakeholder and customer relationships, while overseeing budgets, logistics costs, and cost-to-serve optimization.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Operations, or related disciplines.
- Certification in Lean, Quality, or Six Sigma.
- Solid experience in leadership role in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, international logistics, transportation, and customer service.
- Experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement environments.
- Advanced English.
