The role Are you passionate about leading high-impact cloud transformations and driving delivery excellence? You will be part of SoftwareOne’s Services organization, leading local delivery excellence. The team focuses on delivering large, complex cloud projects and driving innovation across cloud solutions for regional clients. As Country Services Lead, you will drive the successful execution of SoftwareOne’s services operations in Singapore and support regional delivery. You will lead delivery performance, oversee complex cloud programs, and build strong client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities: Lead delivery excellence by overseeing end-to-end execution of complex cloud projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Drive technical direction for the Cloud Center of Excellence, aligning cloud capabilities with market trends and business needs. Manage escalations and critical projects, stepping in to resolve issues and stabilize high-impact engagements. Oversee financial performance, including project backlog, revenue forecasting, and collaboration with finance on revenue recognition. Develop and mentor the team, fostering continuous learning, certifications, and strong delivery capabilities. Engage with clients and partners, building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities. What we need to see from you Extensive experience leading cloud delivery within system integrator or services environments, driving successful outcomes at scale. Proven expertise in managing complex cloud projects and effectively handling critical escalations. Strong understanding of project financials, including P&L ownership and revenue management. Solid knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure (GCP is an added advantage). Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
