As a Concierge at 1 Hotel Copenhagen, you will be the face of our hotel, creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. You will handle various tasks such as assisting with guest requests, managing reservations, and maintaining a seamless flow of operations throughout the hotel. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure will be key in delivering the outstanding service that 1 Hotel is known for. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strong knowledge of local attractions, we want to hear from you!
About you…
Previous experience in a Concierge or Guest Service role in a luxury hotel.
Highly knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment, including theatres, and city landmarks.
Comfortable with technology and systems, including the Hotel Management System (HMS) and devices, and capable of learning new tools quickly.
Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
Professional with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Strong math skills and knowledge of standard cash handling procedures and computerized register systems.
Fluent in both oral and written English, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow verbal/written instructions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to maintain composure in stressful situations and effectively resolve conflicts with guests or team members.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with 1 Hotel’s brand and culture.
Flexible to work a 24-hour operation, including holidays and weekends, to meet the business needs of the hotel.
Additional language skills are preferred but not required.
