Senior CSDM Expert – ServiceNow (all humans)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSDM Process Expert with some knowledge of banking business processes, IT service management, and regulatory-driven governance. Skilled in designing and maturing CSDM-aligned data models, integrating banking value streams with IT infrastructure documented in the CMDB, and enabling risk‑ and continuity‑driven steering through ServiceNow BCM and IRM. What to do: Lead the design and implementation of CSDM-compliant data structures and processes. Ensure alignment between banking business services and IT infrastructure in the CMDB. Drive adoption and integration of BCM and IRM modules to support risk and continuity processes. Collaborate with architecture, IT operations, risk management, and business units. Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries will be very advantageous Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow BCM (Business Continuity Management) and/or IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules will be an advantage.
