You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and operating customers- or employees-oriented chatbots and agents and you should be ready to learn new technologies.
What to do
•
Contribute to the full lifecycle of conversational AI solutions across a variety of enterprise use cases - from prototyping and development to testing, deployment, and continuous optimization

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and designers to define use cases, refine requirements, and continuously
•
improve chatbot experiences
•
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Chatbots development
•
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reusable solutions by following internally standardized development processes and best practices
•
Monitor chatbot performance using logging, tracing, and analytics tools, and proactively identify and resolve issues
•
Support incident handling, debugging, and continuous improvement of existing conversational AI applications
•
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle
