Mechanical Team Leader - FM

Role Purpose At Hyde Park Developments, the Mechanical Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all mechanical systems across our residential and mixed-use communities, supporting a high-quality living experience. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Monitor system performance and implement energy efficiency initiatives. Supervise technicians and specialized contractors. Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE policies, and local regulations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure minimal service disruption.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in facilities management within real estate developments. Strong expertise in HVAC and building systems. Proven leadership and team management skills.
