As a Beach Waiter you will take orders and deliver food and beverages, ensuring the quality of the food and overall guest experience is excellent. What you’ll do Receive orders and serve guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients Upsell food, beverages and drinks when suitable Ensure that all guest needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and follow all health and safety company regulations Collect payments Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience

Previous relative work experience, preferably in a 5* hotel environment Excellent knowledge of English language Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. POS) Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Active listening and effective communication skills Team spirit
