Job description

Act as part of the Executive to contribute to business plans and ensure overall effective leadership of the Kubota businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Undertake general management of our Product Support Department inclusive of Service and Spare Parts. Lead, manage and develop a substantial team across technical and mechanical disciplines, technical training, warehousing and distribution for Parts and after sales service support including warranty and customer experience for Dealers and end user customers. Ensure the achievement of strategic and operational imperatives and required results whilst effectively managing financial, capital and people resources.

To be successful your resume should include; Mechanical/ technical qualification Tertiary qualification in relevant field/s (preferred) Substantial executive and general management experience in a large/ complex business working within a global context Successful leadership, management and development of large teams in mechanical/ technical pursuits and warehouse/ distribution environments. Experience includes exposure to agricultural/ construction/ industrial product based business (strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage financial, capital and people resources to plans and requirements Strong general business acumen with an understanding of franchise/ dealership business models, tensions and challenges Highly developed relationship management skill coupled with executive level communication and collaboration skills Highly developed communication skill, particularly in relation to presenting and reporting Well developed analytical and numerical capability
