JOB PURPOSE: Execute and support brand strategy initiatives to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and visual identity across campaigns and customer touchpoints. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support brand strategy implementation. Apply Brand & Messaging frameworks across campaigns. Maintain brand guidelines and governance. Coordinate with Creative & Growth teams. Track brand performance metrics. Support messaging development for launches. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Brand, Proposition & Messaging Strategy – Proficient. Integrated Marketing Planning & Orchestration – Proficient. Audience Segmentation & Insight Development – Proficient. Marketing Performance & ROI Optimization – Basic/Proficient. Marketing Strategy & GTM Planning – Basic/Proficient.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. Experience: 4–6 years in branding or marketing roles. Experience applying brand guidelines across channels. Experience supporting campaign launches. Experience working with creative and media teams.
