Job description

We are seeking a dynamic CSR and Alliance Manager to lead our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts and alliance-building strategies. You will play a pivotal role in securing CSR funds from corporates, forging strategic alliances, and aligning partnerships with our tech-for-good initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure CSR funding from corporates, foundations, and government bodies to support Addiwise's education and skilling programs.

  • Manage end-to-end alliance lifecycle: prospecting partners, negotiating MOUs, and ensuring sustained collaboration.

  • Build and nurture relationships with CSR heads, alliance managers, and decision-makers in target corporates (e.g., IT, BFSI, manufacturing sectors).

  • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports to showcase ROI on CSR investments and alliance outcomes.

  • Track CSR compliance (e.g., Schedule VII of Companies Act), monitor fund utilization, and report on measurable social impact.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align alliances with business goals.

  • Organize events, webinars, and networking forums to enhance Addiwise's visibility in the CSR ecosystem.

  • Analyze market trends in CSR spending and alliances to recommend growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Social Work, or related field; CSR certification (e.g., from IICA or similar) preferred.

  • 5+ years in CSR fundraising, alliance management, or corporate partnerships, ideally in edtech/non-profit/tech sectors.

  • Proven track record of securing CSR funds (₹1Cr+ annually).

  • Strong networking skills, negotiation expertise, and proficiency in tools like CRM (Salesforce/Zoho), MS Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent communication (written/oral) with storytelling flair for impact pitches.

  • Knowledge of Indian CSR landscape, including MCA guidelines and ESG frameworks.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to drive meaningful social change with cutting-edge tech.

  • Performance incentives, health insurance, and professional development.

  • Collaborative culture with flexible work hours.
