About our client Confidential About the role Our client is building a new kind of consumer growth engine — one powered by rapid experimentation, creator ecosystems, UGC, and obsessive execution. We’re looking for someone to own and operate their influencer + UGC motion end-to-end. This is not a traditional brand marketing role, and it’s not a pure paid acquisition role either. You’ll work directly with the founder to test, launch, and scale creator-led growth initiatives at high speed. You’ll help them figure out what actually works: identifying audiences, testing messaging angles, launching campaigns with micro-influencers, scaling successful experiments, coordinating UGC production, and continuously iterating. This role is highly hands-on. They do not operate with layers of management or large agency structures. We want builders, operators, and people who move fast. The company is fully remote with a Europe-heavy team and global user base. Key responsibilities Build and run our influencer + UGC growth engine from scratch Source and manage micro-influencers, niche creators, and larger creator partnerships Launch and coordinate high-volume creative experiments across different audiences and channels Identify promising campaigns and scale winning concepts quickly Coordinate UGC production workflows internally or through agencies/freelancers Work closely with product, media, research, and creative teams to test GTM ideas rapidly Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data and user behavior Research trends, formats, creator strategies, and emerging growth opportunities Build lightweight systems and processes that allow fast execution without bureaucracy Operate with high ownership and minimal supervision About you You’ve worked with creators, influencer campaigns, UGC systems, or consumer growth before You are highly execution-oriented and can move quickly without waiting for perfect structure You know how to source creators, negotiate collaborations, and launch campaigns fast You think like an operator, not a manager You are resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently You care about performance, iteration speed, and learning velocity You are comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from zero You have strong intuition for internet culture, creator ecosystems, and consumer products You communicate clearly and work well in fast-moving environments Excellent English required Nice to have Experience scaling influencer campaigns internationally Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or creator marketplaces Experience running creator-led product launches or viral consumer campaigns Familiarity with AI tools and modern GTM tooling Startup or early-stage company experience
