Ballinger Group is a fast-growing FX and payments business delivering tailored IBAN and international payment solutions to corporate and institutional clients. We pride ourselves on deep client relationships, commercial agility, and a high-performance sales culture. As we continue to expand our UK presence, we are looking for an experienced IBAN Salesperson to manage and grow a high-value pipeline of corporate and institutional customers. The Role This is a revenue-driving, client-facing role focused on originating, managing, and converting opportunities for IBAN and related FX/payment solutions. You will take full ownership of your pipeline, working with sophisticated clients who require reliable, compliant, and scalable payment infrastructure. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, positioning Ballinger Group as a trusted long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and close a pipeline of corporate and institutional clients Sell IBAN solutions, FX, and related payment products to UK and international clients Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and onboarding Develop strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Fund Managers, and Operations teams Work closely with compliance, onboarding, and operations to ensure smooth client delivery Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting via CRM Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments About You Proven sales experience within FX, payments, banking, or fintech Strong understanding of IBAN structures, payment flows, and corporate/institutional client needs Demonstrated ability to manage and convert a complex, multi-stakeholder sales pipeline Commercially sharp, confident negotiating at senior decision-maker level Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment Experience selling to corporates, funds, PSPs, or financial institutions is highly desirable
