- Oversee and participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems (endpoints, servers, cloud services, and business applications).
- Own incident management processes, including escalation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Drive standardization, automation, and scalability of IT operations in a growing, dynamic environment.

- Ensure adherence to security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOC, ISO, GDPR).
- Manage vendors and external partners where applicable.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Proven IT leadership experience in fast-paced, scaling, or startup-like environments, combined with a strong ownership mindset, pragmatism, attention to detail, and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and directly engage in technical work when required.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365) and the Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), alongside experience with endpoint/device management and scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) and a strong grasp of IT security principles and best practices
- Experience operating across distributed, multi-location, international environments, backed by excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Nice to Have

- Growth and well-being through access to platforms like Pluralsight, GoodHabitz, and OpenUp.
- Flexible work schedule/hybrid working model.
