About the role

MSS Security is seeking a Security Concierge to join our team at a corporate site in Docklands for a 7-week assignment commencing in July, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, assisting visitors and staff with enquiries and day-to-day site operations. This position is Monday to Friday on day shift.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting visitors and staff

• General administrative duties

• Access card programming, assigning cards and managing access using Gallagher

• Responding to emails and handling phone enquiries

• Mail sorting and distribution

Requirements:

• Full Australian working rights

• Valid Victorian Security License

• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or Willing to obtain)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with visitors, staff and contractors

• Friendly, approachable and professionally presented with strong problem-solving skills

• Good computer literacy and administration skills
