ABOUT SUNO
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfilment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.
Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Matrix Partners, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build the systems that every Sunoer touches every day. As a Senior IT Engineer, you'll work with your teammates and the Senior Manager of IT to design and build our identity, endpoint, networking, and office IT systems in close partnership with Operations, People, Finance, and Engineering. Your focus will largely be on 0-to-1 work — you will build the capabilities that let Suno scale quickly and efficiently across our four US offices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build identity and access management — configure single sign-on, automate joiner / mover / leaver workflows, run access reviews, and automate ad hoc access requests.
- Manage our endpoint fleet — migrate and expand our MDM systems to simplify onboarding, off-boarding, vulnerability management, and compliance.
- Administer the SaaS estate — configure, harden, and manage our Google Workspace, Slack, and portfolio of SaaS tools.
- Keep our office tech stack solid — wired, wireless, and zero-trust VPN networks performant and secure; A/V and videoconferencing reliable across our four offices; outside experts engaged where it makes sense.
- Scale IT support — write runbooks and knowledge articles that enable AI-powered self-service and delegate Tier 0 troubleshooting to office managers.
- Wire automation and AI into how we work — combine deterministic automation and outcome-oriented agentic AI to remove toil, freeing the rest of Suno to focus on making creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
MUST-HAVES
- 7–9 years of progressive IT engineering experience, including time at a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated breadth across the IT stack — identity, endpoint, SaaS administration, networking, and office IT — with the depth to operate independently and make sound architectural calls.
- Ability to work independently and on a team — you can work independently or collaboratively to take problems from definition through delivery.
- Strong written communication — you can translate complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences — engineers, executives, business colleagues, and vendors.
- Learning agility — you pick up new platforms and technologies quickly, you're comfortable being the first person at the company to figure something out, and you aren't afraid to ask for help.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with a modern IdP (e.g., Okta, Google IAM, or equivalent) and SCIM-based provisioning.
- Experience with IGA tooling (e.g., Lumos, SailPoint, Saviynt, or comparable) and joiner/mover/leaver automation.
- Modern MDM experience (e.g., Iru, Jamf, Jumpcloud, Intune).
- Networking and A/V engineering experience in a multi-office environment.
- Experience partnering with EDR / MDR providers (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Expel, Arctic Wolf, or similar).
- Experience as the first or early IT engineering hire at a growing company.
- Comfort with at least one scripting language (Python, TypeScript, or Bash) and config-as-code approaches to managing infrastructure.
WORK LOCATION POLICY
This role is expected to work from the designated Suno office 5 days a week, per Suno's company policy. Full-time employees will receive competitive equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Willingness to travel (up to 15%) to collaborate with team members across Suno office locations.
