Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for overseeing and managing construction projects related to healthcare facilities and infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering construction projects that meet the unique needs and regulatory requirements of healthcare facilities.

Essential Functions
-Develop comprehensive project plans for healthcare construction projects, considering the specific requirements and objectives of each facility.
-Conduct feasibility studies and assess the scope of projects to determine resource requirements and timelines.
-Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
-Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget constraints.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety standards applicable to healthcare construction projects.
-Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Construction Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience in construction project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering healthcare-related projects. 3-5 years required and Project Management 1-2 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare facility planning, regulations, and standards related to construction projects.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Experience with Unifier.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, behavioral health, and environmental guidelines relevant to construction in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address construction challenges effectively.
