  • Translate business questions into technical data requirements and SQL queries.
  • Establish and maintain a "single source of truth" by ensuring consistent logic across all reporting platforms.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular data validation and auditing to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with the Development Lead to troubleshoot data pipeline issues or discrepancies in the data warehouse.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data dictionaries, metric definitions, and calculation logic.

  • Support the integration of new data sources (ERP, Shopify, Marketing APIs) into the central BI ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data refresh frequencies.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as a technical resource for Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to assist with ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Train internal stakeholders on how to navigate dashboards and interpret analytical outputs.
  • Participate in sprint planning and stand-ups to provide updates on data modeling and analysis progress.
