Job description
- Leads the annual Hoshin Kanri, Continuous Improvement (CI) and operational excellence strategy aligned with plant management goals
- Identifies improvement opportunities and manages OPEX projects to improve plant performance and achieve yearly targets
- Conducts internal OPEX audits to ensure improvement initiatives deliver value and align with business objectives
- Drives the implementation and sustainability of OPEX systems, standards, and best practices across the plant
- Ensures teams apply OPEX tools, methods, and routines effectively through coaching and training programs
- Leads continuous improvement workshops and develops action plans to enhance shop floor and indirect operations
- Acts as PMO for plant improvement projects, supporting performance recovery plans and sharing best practices across sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Production Engineering
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English and highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
