Mission We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead complex banking engagements end-to-end — ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle. This is a client-facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success. What you will do on a daily basis Lead multi-month, cross-functional delivery engagements for banking clients, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and building trust. Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across distributed teams. Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships and grow accounts. Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. You're very likely to succeed if you have 7+ years of experience managing complex delivery projects, ideally in banking, financial services, or BPM environments. A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, preferably with banking or enterprise clients. Proven delivery management skills — able to guide both people and process through ambiguity. An Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach.
