Job description

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Specialist who can take our mobile games’ growth to the next level. Someone who understands data as much as player behavior, enjoys experimenting, and knows how to turn insights into scalable growth. From campaign performance to monetization strategy, you’ll play a key role in shaping the commercial success of our games. Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and similar platforms Manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns based on CPI, ROAS, and LTV performance Optimize in-game ad revenue through waterfall and bidding strategies using platforms like AdMob and ironSource Analyze and balance IAA and IAP monetization strategies Use AppsFlyer, Adjust, and in-game analytics tools to track player behavior and performance metrics Build and improve dashboards and reporting systems to monitor ROAS, retention, eCPM, ARPDAU, and LTV metrics Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and improve CTR/CPI performance Run A/B tests for App Store and Google Play store pages and contribute to ASO strategies Research market trends, competitor strategies, and creative trends to identify new growth opportunities Use tools like Sensor Tower, AppMagic, or data.ai for market intelligence and competitor analysis Skills & Experiences 2–3+ years of experience in User Acquisition and/or Monetization within the mobile gaming industry Strong understanding of key mobile gaming metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, eCPM, ARPDAU, and Retention Hands-on experience with ad networks and mediation platforms including AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, and AdMob Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with a strong analytical mindset Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies Understanding of creative performance and the ability to guide creative teams with data-driven feedback Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy Good command of English Passion for mobile games, player behavior, and emerging growth trends
