Sales Representative

We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Hearing Aid Specialist. We hire individuals from a variety of backgrounds and industries and help them grow from Sales Trainee to Hearing Aid Specialist through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to: Deliver exceptional patient experiences Conduct consultative hearing evaluations Educate patients and their families about hearing healthcare Recommend customized hearing aid solutions Drive responsible revenue growth Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Experience Create a welcoming, trust-based environment Conduct hearing evaluations under supervision (training provided) Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories Provide long-term after-care services Sales & Growth Meet and exceed individual performance goals Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement Leadership & Development Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly Demonstrate ownership of personal results We are looking for individuals who: Believe sales is about solving problems, not pushing products Thrive in goal-driven environments Value accountability and personal growth Want to build a long-term career in hearing healthcare

Career Path: Sales Trainee → Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist → Senior Specialist → Leadership / Multi-Location Management Required Qualifications Obtain license through training program within 12 months of hire 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales) Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics Professional, growth-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser preferred
