Job description

The Manager – Organizational Development (OD) will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI frameworks, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Management System (PMS) Assist in the implementation and company-wide rollout of PMS. Coordinate performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews). Ensure timely completion of appraisals across departments. Support KPI setting, alignment, and periodic reviews. Facilitate performance calibration sessions with leadership. Generate performance reports and insights for decision-making. 2. KPI Development & Monitoring Work with department heads to develop and refine KPIs. Ensure KPIs are aligned with business objectives and are measurable. Track and monitor performance against KPIs. Highlight performance gaps and recommend improvements. 3. Learning & Development (L&D) Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Develop and implement annual training plans. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. 4. Organizational Development Support OD initiatives, including organizational structuring and process improvements. Assist in change management and transformation projects. Contribute to building a performance-driven culture. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics. 5. Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Plan and execute employee engagement activities. Conduct engagement and satisfaction surveys. Analyze feedback and support action planning. Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD will be preferred 6–8 years of experience in HR/OD/L&D roles Hands-on experience in PMS implementation is highly preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) PMS cycle completion rate (≥ 95% within timelines) KPI alignment and tracking accuracy (≥ 95%) Training plan execution (≥ 90%) Employee engagement score improvement Timely delivery of HR analytics and OD projects
