Senior Product Specialist - AI

About the Role

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation to execution and scaling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and deliver products that cater to B2B customers, including staff, business owners, and employees.

What will be your responsibilities?

Own the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.

•

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

•

Build intuitive B2B software and hardware products for staff, employees, and business owners.

•

Define product strategy using user feedback, research, and data-driven insights.

•

Drive the development of AI-powered features by working closely with AI and ML engineers.

•

Translate AI capabilities (like LLMs or predictive models) into seamless user experiences and real business value.

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

•

3–4 years in product management, ideally in fast-growth startups.

•

Proven track record of leading successful B2B product initiatives.

•

Strategic thinker with strong mentorship and leadership skills.

•

Deep experience with market research, roadmap planning & analytics.

•

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to work with technical AI teams.

•

Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or building AI-assisted user flows.

Proficient in agile methodologies and iterative product development.

•

Educational background in technology, engineering, or business-related fields.

•

Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or scaling startup environment.
