Job description

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation Handle payment and receivables of the companies Checking of redemption and refinance reports Prepare funding for various purposes Handle insurance related issues and money lender licenses related issues Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance Assist in month end closing Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 At least 5 years relevant working experience (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer) Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage Good English and Chinese typing skills Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure Good interpersonal and communication skill Immediately available is highly preferred
