Junior IT Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the supervision of a Project Manager or Project Lead. You will support the project team to ensure smooth execution while developing your project management skills. Assist in defining project objectives and deliverables Draft project specifications and functional breakdowns Participate in the creation and tracking of project schedules Contribute to risk identification and analysis Support agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure proper backlog management Support the coordination and mobilization of internal and external project teams Ensure effective communication with stakeholders under the supervision of the Project Manager Prepare progress reports and propose solutions in case of difficulties Help ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices Participate in functional testing (via user stories)
