Responsibilities: Real Estate Knowledge Gathering : Actively gathers knowledge on real estate details and information gathering on regular basis. Well versed with Real Estate Knowledge and information. Dealer Key Networking in Real Estate : Has a very strong dealer networking within the real estate industry. Connects and has good reputation building with the dealers in the real estate industry of Pakistan. New Projects Orientation in Real Estate Industry : Has thorough knowledge of the upcoming projects in the real estate industry. Gathers information and details about the upcoming projects in the different real estate schemes. Market Research & Trend Analysis in the Real Estate Industry : Stay updated on local market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the real estate industry. Conduct property appraisals to help clients understand the fair market value of a property. Compliance & Legal Knowledge of the real estate industry : Ensure all transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations. Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, zoning laws, and regulations that may affect property transactions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus. Candidates must have 4–5 years of experience and a valid real estate license as required by local regulations. Frequent traveling will be required in this role. Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values. Proficiency in using real estate platforms, CRM software, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
