Role Overview We are not hiring a traditional Business Analyst focused on reporting or documentation. We are hiring someone who can redesign, optimize, and automate how the business operates internally . This is a hands-on role focused on building systems, improving workflows, and eliminating manual work through automation and structured process design . This Role is NOT for you if you are: Focused only on reporting or dashboards Not interested in automation or process improvement Looking for a purely analytical or theoretical role Responsibilities Map and analyze end-to-end business processes Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual workflows Design and implement optimized workflows for scalability and efficiency Build automation solutions using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make Integrate systems and eliminate repetitive manual tasks Define KPIs and build operational dashboards for performance tracking Translate business needs into structured workflows, process flows, and system requirements Work with teams to implement and continuously improve operational systems Document processes, workflows, and SOPs in a clear and structured way

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement Strong understanding of workflow design and process mapping Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar) Ability to break down complex operations into structured systems Strong analytical and structured thinking mindset Excellent communication skills in English
