Requerimos una persona responsable, proactiva, organizada y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Responsabilidades

Reclutamiento y selección

Conocer los perfiles para reclutar.

Hacer perfilamiento alineado al analista que este encargado.

Realizar Screenings.

Agender entrevistas.

Recursos Humanos

Apoyo en temas de documentación.

Apoyo en información en actividades puntuales.

Apoyo en actividades de bienestar.

Competencias técnicas

Conocer todo el proceso de reclutamiento y selección

Competencias Blandas

Buena habilidad de comunicación tanto la oral como escrita.

Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office
