THE ROLE You'll be the first person every client sees and the last voice they hear. The Receptionist at JÜV sets the tone for the entire experience — warm, organized, and polished. You'll manage the front desk, handle scheduling, and keep daily operations running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet every client with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using Boulevard Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist with client intake and treatment preparation Support providers and administrative staff as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area Uphold client confidentiality and service standards QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a spa/medical office preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable with scheduling systems (Boulevard experience is a plus) and basic computer skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Interest in wellness, skincare, or aesthetics is a plus SCHEDULE Full-time.
