About the Team

You will be part of a highly collaborative and technology-driven team focused on delivering innovative Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions to global clients. The team works closely with customers, architects, administrators, and cross-functional IT teams to design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions. We foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth while working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

What You Will Do

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support Microsoft SharePoint solutions across on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments based on customer business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Administer and troubleshoot SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, including identifying root causes, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and security.
  • Plan and execute migration projects from SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online using migration tools such as ShareGate while ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments that support SharePoint infrastructure, including system monitoring, patch management, performance optimization, and access management.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, improve operational efficiency, support migrations, and streamline SharePoint and Microsoft 365 management activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, migration plans, troubleshooting steps, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in customer discussions, technical planning sessions, and support activities while delivering a high level of customer service and technical expertise.

What Qualifies You

  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in customer-focused SharePoint and Microsoft 365 planning, implementation, administration, and support.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and tools, including: Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, ShareGate migration toolset
  • Proven experience in migrating SharePoint on-premises environments (2010/2013/2016/2019) to Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services and related technologies, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Planner, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments in enterprise customer settings.
  • Strong experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including findings, resolutions, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting for automation and system management is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to handle customer interactions professionally, manage customer expectations effectively, and deliver high-quality support in customer-facing environments.
  • MCSA and/or MCSE certifications are preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for learning emerging technologies and effectively applying them in customer-facing environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also managing tasks independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers, vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
  • Flexibility to support after-hours activities, maintenance windows, and escalations as part of a 24x7 operational environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
