In a nutshell Defines and executes the multimedia Go-To-Market strategy for connected services in Europe, ensuring product readiness, customer journey quality, and supporting assets. Coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver training, content, and event readiness, while driving clear communication and rollout to NMSCs and dealers. Your team and your responsibilities Function/team description Toyota's ambition and vision involve transitioning into a mobility company that provides continuously improved mobility solutions for everyone. In pursuit of this goal, Toyota R&D4 Connected Technologies , headquartered in Brussels, takes responsibility for devising, planning and executing the European strategy for connected, multimedia, and mobility services. Your responsibilities Define and execute the GTM strategy for Multimedia: (1) Work closely with Connected Technologies Product Owners for -Product readiness -customer journey flows -FAQs, Troubleshooting (2) Internal Workstreams (Marcomm, Training Academy, DX, PSM, privacy/legal, customer support) a) preparation of the assets (educational, mini guides, discovery guides, video and etc.) release to NMSCs and dealers b) Multimedia readiness in different events: NMSC training, EQ drive, Connectivity summit and etc. c) Photo shoot / post prod screens coordination Marcom/UX/Multimedia (3) Communication of GTM strategy and assets towards NMSCs connected champions (dedicated webinars) Your Profile You showcase strong communication and demonstrate proven capabilities in negotiating and reaching consensus. Strong understanding of connected car ecosystems, digital app monetization, and consumer tech. Experience in go-to-market/ product sales/marketing, managing/creating paid subscription products, or digital commercial roles. Experience managing digital services in automotive, mobility, or telecom industries would be beneficial as well as experience in launching or scaling paid subscription services (freemium, tiered pricing, trials, etc.). Familiarity with both B2C customer acquisition tactics and B2B sales techniques and partner enablement can be an additional asset.
