Category Manager - Health and Wellness

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Category Manager – Health & Wellness to lead the full category strategy across both offline and e-commerce channels. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, supplier management, and inventory availability while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in FMCG or Retail Category Management, preferably in Health & Wellness. Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills. Advanced Excel and reporting skills. Experience working with ERP/forecasting systems is a plus.
