Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota. Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Assistant Waiter to join the Elix hotel team for 2026 in Perdika, Thesprotia. Duties & Responsibilities Confidently serves customers as per the brand standards. Looks for ways to go above and beyond the customers’ expectations. Has a basic food hygiene and always works in a safe and hygienic manner Is responsible for the preparatory work and restoration of the restaurant Sets and clears tables as per brand standards Has knowledge of all products and is able to confidently describe to a customer. Can confidently serve food and beverage orders as per brand standards. Completes all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as per daily checklists

Skills Punctual Ability to work under pressure Outgoing personality Organized Team player Qualifications Professional experience in an equivalent hotel, restaurant or café Good command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset) Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School will be considered an asset
