Job description

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across private banks, asset managers and tier-1 banks in the DACH region and beyond. You will own the full sales cycle — from generating your own pipeline to negotiating and closing multi-year enterprise deals — and become a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders at some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You’ll be working with a product that is genuinely best-in-class, and you’ll have the support of an experienced pre-sales, product and executive team to help you win.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new logo acquisition — prospecting, qualifying, demoing, proposing, negotiating and closing — with deal sizes typically ranging from CHF 300K to CHF 2M+ ARR.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities across private banks, tier-1 banks and asset managers in your territory, primarily DACH with potential for broader European coverage.
  • Develop deep relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite, CTO, CIO and Head of Wealth Management level.
  • Partner with pre-sales and product specialists to deliver compelling, client-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Contribute to shaping Evooq’s go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning and pricing in collaboration with the CRO and product leadership.
  • Represent Evooq at industry conferences, forums and client events — becoming a recognisable voice in the WealthTech ecosystem.
  • Feed market intelligence back to product and leadership to ensure our roadmap stays ahead of client needs.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in financial services technology.
  • Deep knowledge of the wealth management or asset management industry — you understand the business challenges, regulatory landscape (MiFID II, FIDLEG) and technology needs of our clients.
  • An existing network of senior relationships at private banks, asset managers or universal banks in Switzerland and/or DACH.
  • Proven ability to run consultative, value-based sales processes and navigate complex procurement cycles (6–18 months).
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
  • CFA or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience selling portfolio management, risk analytics, or compliance technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with structured products workflows or front-office advisory tooling.
  • Background in wealth management, private banking or asset management prior to moving into sales.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure tied to ARR growth.
  • Equity participation in one of Switzerland’s most exciting fintech scale-ups. After a proven impact on the Co Sales.
  • The autonomy to build your territory and make a real commercial impact.
  • A senior team that has built and scaled enterprise software businesses before — and knows how to support great sellers.
  • A product people actually love using — ranked among the top 3 most-used tools in client surveys.
  • Flexible working arrangements from our Zurich office, with a culture that values output over presence.
  • A front-row seat as we expand across Europe, Asia and beyond.

Our Culture

We believe in doing the hard work so our clients don’t have to. That same philosophy applies internally: we remove friction, trust our people, and move fast. You’ll find an intellectually rigorous, low-ego team that cares deeply about the craft of building great software — and about the real-world impact it has on the wealth management industry.
