What you’ll do

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.  

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions.
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions.
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance.

What you’ll bring

• Technical Leader: BE and RPEQ qualifications and experience in leading Civil Engineering design, with Land Development experience an advantage.
• Client facing: be supported into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to both grow your network and deliver innovative solutions to best fit a client’s needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Project Management skills would be an advantage.
