What you’ll do

As a Civil Engineer in our Roads & Highways team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.  

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

What you’ll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
