Intern

Overview:

HKS Singapore is seeking an Intern to join our team.

Under close supervision, performs basic assignments receiving specific and detailed instruction as to tasks required and results expected. Integrated into a multi-disciplinary team so that they may participate in as much of the process as possible.

Job Description:

• Supports the project team through entry-level tasks
• Assists with the preparation of presentations and performing basic analytical tasks as needed
• Prepares presentations as needed for client/project team review
• Helps compile data and conducts research for the project team
• Works on multiple projects and collaborates with team members
• Participates in officewide initiatives and/or intern specific projects for presentations to peer group
• Performs work in a manner that demonstrates an appreciation for the firm’s cultural norms, including a commitment to quality, innovation, learning and growth
• Develops understanding of the financial implications of overhead and chargeable time, including accountability to project plan and planned utilization rate

Qualifications:

• Currently earning a professional degree at an accredited school
• Typically 0-2 years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
• Knowledge of additional programs may be preferred based on designated team
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines
