Job description

Gibbs Oil Company is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Associates to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, efficiently process sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Your role is integral in creating a positive shopping experience and supporting daily operational success. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to operate cash registers and handle money accurately. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as stocking shelves. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment.
