JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Landscape Architect leads landscape design development, project coordination and technical execution for complex landscape projects. The role drives conceptual direction, oversees documentation, manages consultant interfaces and ensures design intent is maintained through construction. The Senior Landscape Architect also mentors junior staff and contributes to strategic design excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead conceptual, schematic and detailed landscape design across multiple projects.
  • Drive creative development, design narratives, sustainability strategies and visual storytelling.
  • Oversee detailed drawings, BIM models, tender documentation and specifications.
  • Manage coordination with architects, engineers, arborists, ecologists and other specialists.
  • Present design proposals and interact with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site reviews, resolve design challenges and provide technical clarifications.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, samples, plant selections and installation details.
  • Mentor junior designers and executives on design and documentation standards.
  • Support cost estimation, tender clarifications and technical evaluations.
  • Contribute to innovation, research and design improvement initiatives within the landscape team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • 6–10+ years of landscape design experience with strong design and technical capability.
  • Excellent proficiency in design software and visualisation tools.
  • Strong understanding of planting design, ecological integration and landscape construction.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
